Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change: this is why we have adopted a cancellation policy designed to offer flexibility, while protecting the availability of our facilities.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival:

You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. We will refund you the full amount paid.

Cancellation between 30 and 10 days before arrival:

In case of cancellation during this period, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.

Cancellation within 10 days of arrival or in case of no-show:

In this case there is no refund.

We invite you to consider taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
